The land plot is located in Ziru parish in a rural area. On the plot there are the remains of an old boulder wall from a rather large building, which apparently combined both residential and household functions. Like any historic building, the stone wall is considered a value to be preserved in this project. The concept of the project is simple - boulder walls are repaired and preserved in the crumbling silhouette as they are now. With the astringent crown of in-situ reinforced concrete as well as vertical edges of the openings, the crumbling masonry fragments are constructively connected and strengthened, thus restoring the regular shape of the wall and clearly separating the existing material and structure from the new one. ...
