Pedestrian bridge in Grobina

The design of a pedestrian bridge over the bottleneck of Dzirnavu (mill) pond in Grobiņa is developed in cooperation with the Engineering bureau "Kurbada tilti" Ltd. and follows on our former design of Dzirnavu (mill) and Pils (castle) street reconstruction.

Bridge sustainability considerations were determinative for the solution of bridge load-bearing structures from concrete and steel, but cultural context of landscape affected the bridge railing design from solid wood beams.
