Production and office building on Kalnciema Street, Riga
A construction design for a small specific industry plant with office premises was developed in close cooperation with the owner of the company, deciding together the architectural and interior design of the building, as well as the finishing material choice.
The architectural solution of the building has been chosen with the intention that the building would leave a rather prestigious impression, comparable to the standard and quality of the products the company produces. The facade decoration is made by TRESPA finishing boards, a titan zinc roofing sheets, which, together with glazed aluminum structures, ranks buildings in a prestigious office class, as in the category of "ordinary tin boxes" industrial buildings.
