The existing building is built soon after the Second World War and it doesn't fit well in the landscape of the yard, because of its roof slope and façade facing. The re-construction design anticipates increase of the roof slope, closer to the neighboring roof angles and façade finish with wooden planks – wider planks are black with wooden tar facing and narrow planks with light paint of flax oil.
After the re-construction the building will be occupied by Youth Center, that's why the very simple interior finishing, because of budget scrimping, are quite acceptable. And particularly – heated tiled floors, visible wooden roof structure, but walls simply cleaned up from falling parts of plaster. This will be a place for creative ideas of young people.
