Harsh climatic conditions affects the available time for construction, so the building is conceived from prefabricated structures with wooden exterior wall panels.

Wooden facade facing is also characteristic traditional building element in outskirts of the city where the building is located, so the choice of building`s architectural solution is based on restraint, traditional values. The layout composition is derived from the subdivision of 100 required apartments in ten blocks, which together with communal facilities block are grouped around internal communication corridor with a very low slope ramps for wheelchairs.
