A Mansion in Marupe

Architectural solution of the building is based on the main building material – in situ concrete. This material is used for the building structure as well as for the wall structure and wall interior and exterior decoration.

The concrete heaviness in the interior compensates light stone tiles and pine plank texture for floors, as well as some internal wall cladding with the same pine boards. In a building shape and elevation facing the possibilities of a concrete are used in a building forms and surface texture. Significant architectural detail is a stainless steel sheet bar in alcove above the window openings, which also reflecting the LED strip light for facade night lighting.
