Mansion in Riga
The mansion is located in the city of Riga, in the territory of mansion buildings. The agreement with the customer provides a simple, as cost-effective architectural solution as possible, giving preference to high-quality, carefully selected materials, that would allow it to fit into the budget and promote long-term energy savings.
The concept of the project is based on the composition of two volumes, which are connected by horizontal lines - the roof edge of the canopy and the line of the French balcony railings. Dark gray plaster with almost black details, window frames and railings has been chosen for the facade decoration. The color combination used on the façade is temperate, using gray, dark gray and almost black tones.
