Printing factory and warehouse with the office building in Marupe, Riga

The building volume contains from three functional blocks – production, wholesale warehouse and office. As a contrast with large production and warehouse volumes the office block is highlighted as interplay of grey - blue glass panels with various transparency and its projection on a metal panel wall with a similar color compositions of dark and bright areas.

In a territory layout there are functionally separated the delivery zone, clients zone and the staff zone. The main entrance is located in front of the main street. The spatial composition of the office building is based on the location of various functional zones around the internal conservatory through two floors of the building. The total area of the building is 31 317 m².
