The design will be appropriate for the land plot with the steep slope and for the family accepting unconventional solutions. And what is unconventional in this design? Just one staff – two of three bedrooms are located downstairs in the cellar, but not as usual upstairs.
On the ground floor there are entrance hall, joined family room and the kitchen, WC and sauna and a small bedroom. The house doesn\'t have a technical room with the heating unit, because the hose is designed according the standards of energy efficient house. Therefore the heating units are small electric heaters, but for emergency situations two stoves.
The architecture is ascetic, the main tool to reach the simplicity is whitened wood for facade and interior decoration. That`s why the name of the house - \'The White Wood\'.
