The Project Design has been developed in accordance to 4 cognitions:
- Simplicity of form and expression is the only true philosophy when considering long-term extensive relationships between architecture, environment and people. Likewise simple building design is low-cost and energetically effective.
- To create spatial and visual connections between vast majority of rooms in The Building (surrounded garden, greenery in living room) by having many transparent open-lounge spaces.
- To use environment friendly and natural building materials – timber constructions and cladding, clay masonry, wooden and stone tile floors, insulation from recycled materials as well as natural material outdoor paving.
- To create energy effective engineering solutions (effective insulation, solar panels, ventilation with recuperation and natural air movement provision etc.), as well as purposeful planning solutions (closed conservatories buffer the cold outdoor air not letting it to reach the glass indoor wall.
