The design of the house is elaborated for the small land lot, the building size on the ground level is just 10x8.6 meters. Therefore the layout of the house is untraditional, but fully functional.
The small hall, sanitary room and living room with integrated kitchen and dining room are located on the ground floor. On the first floor there are three children rooms, wardrobe and bathroom, but the master bedroom and big bathroom with glazed partitions on the second floor (mansard). Garage and boiler room are located in the separate building, where is a place for sauna and auxiliary room, too. A building`s architecture is done in an ascetic, urban style, because there are not small grounds in the countryside...
