The design will be appropriate for the family with limited budget as a holiday house or as a first turn of the construction, later adding two more bedrooms and the bathroom on the backside of the house.
That is the reason why the building\'s architecture is done very simple and reservedly, in order to minimize the building\'s estimate. Building`s structure is wood and finishing’s are wooden outside and inside.
Outside finishing is made from untrimmed planks, what makes the view traditional, cheep and simple, however big glazed openings and wide terrace visually will reimburse this \'cheep view\'.
