Contemporary architecture building with wooden board decoration is some kind of trend within the last decade. Now we have such design, too. The building is located in the middle of the plot, where three zones are formed - a pine stand on the street side, where the preservation of the natural environment is planned, without well-kept lawns and plantings, the middle part, where the building and a landscaped terrace and the lawn in front of the building are located and a backyard for a groomed garden.

The architecture is dominated by verticality - both in the proportions of building volumes, in the facade finishing solution with vertical board cladding and in the form of vertical window openings, which mutually form a composition with distinctly horizontal and narrow windows in the appropriate places. The color combination used on the façade is clean and uses natural, light tones.
