The facade solution of the building has been completely changed, where the interplay of purple and black building volumes has been designed, only in the office part and in the main entrances it is supplemented by glazed facade planes. The building is very large, so the blind facades of the shopping center without windows would be depressing and uninteresting, if they were not detailed. In this project, concrete columns are used, which compositionally complement the large planes of the facades, moreover, the letters of the center logo are embedded in the columns. Facade luminaires in the form of small horizontal lines are used for more detail. The placement of advertisements on the facade is provided in the overall design of the facades in carefully selected places and proportions.
